Course Objectives

This 2-year diploma program will prepare students for entry-level job roles in any hospitality-related business. This course will provide students with practical knowledge about hospitality operations, commercial accommodation operations, reservations, housekeeping, and frontline services.
A combination of practical and theoretical subjects, Diploma in Hospitality Operations (DHO) provides students with the best possible foundation for their future careers. It is equivalent to the Intermediate level in Pakistan as per accreditation and approval by the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC), Government of Pakistan.
